Which paper size should I print?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) is the standard home-printer paper in the US and Canada. A4 is standard in most other countries. Individual grid packs include both sizes: choose the page that matches your paper and print at Actual Size / 100%. The Ritual Companion uses A4 pages: print on A4 at 100%, or choose Fit to Page on US Letter. The instructions page in a grid pack does not need printing.

Where are my downloads?
Studio Plus members can download every included PDF in Your Printable Library. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
Bought a single PDF or the Companion separately? Use the download link in your purchase delivery email. Check your spam folder too. A separate purchase does not require Studio Plus.

First check that you are signed in with the email you used at checkout. If you just purchased, allow a minute and choose Refresh my access above. Your unfinished grid stays in place.
If access is still missing, contact us with your order number and checkout email. Please do not send card details or passwords.

Open Manage membership. Choose Cancel Membership to stop future renewals, or Payment Details to manage your payment method.
Your paid access continues through the current paid period. Saved grids stay viewable and downloadable, existing gift links keep working, and you keep files already downloaded. Free limits apply to new activity when Plus ends.

Choose Save to my collection in the designer. Sign in if prompted, then save. Open My grids to find it again on any device. Unsaved changes are not added to your collection automatically.
Open my grids ↗How do grid gifts and free limits work?
Create a gift to receive one reusable link. Copy it into a text or email, or use your device’s share menu. A recipient can open it without an account.
A free account includes three new gift links each month. Plus includes 30. Sharing the same link again uses no extra allowance. Allowances reset on the first of each month in New York time; removing a link does not restore its allowance.
Anyone with the link can view your gift, so leave private information out of the message.

The Ritual Companion uses A4 pages: print on A4 at 100%, or choose Fit to Page on US Letter. Your custom grid downloads as an SVG image, which opens in a web browser.
Do I need physical crystals? What do their meanings mean?
You can create and share digital grids without physical crystals. Printable patterns also work with stones you already own.
