Refund policy

Digital products

If a download is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact info@thecrystalgrid.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide corrected access, a replacement, or an appropriate refund.

If you change your mind before accessing or downloading the product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a cancellation. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or receive a remedy. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines how long the credit takes to appear. Do not email card details or banking credentials.

Physical products and earlier orders

Contact us before sending anything back. The terms applicable to an earlier purchase and your statutory rights continue to apply. Printed editions will state their return and defect process when offered.
