Digital delivery

Products marked as digital downloads are files, not physical items. No shipping charge applies to a digital-only order. The product page describes the file format and what is included.

After successful payment, follow the download instructions provided for your order and check your email, including spam or promotions folders. If you cannot access a file, contact info@thecrystalgrid.com with your order number. We will help restore access.

Studio Plus and grid gifts

Studio Plus access is linked to the Shopify customer account used for purchase. Sign in with that same account to open member features and downloads. If payment succeeds but access is missing, contact us with the order number. A grid gift is a digital link you send to another person yourself; it does not ship physical crystals or a printed item.

Printable grid packs include the paper sizes stated on their product page. Print at the recommended scale and choose the matching A4 or US Letter file. The Ritual Companion and printable packs are digital files unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

Printed products

A printed book or journal is a separate physical product only when explicitly offered on its product page. Any production time, delivery estimate, shipping charge, and destination restrictions will be shown for that edition before purchase. Digital products do not include a printed copy.

For help with an earlier crystal or jewelry order, email us with its order number. Please contact us before mailing any return; old mailing addresses and delivery estimates may no longer apply.
