Studio Plus billing and cancellation

Studio Plus is a recurring membership at $4.99 USD per month, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. It renews monthly until cancelled. Your checkout and membership portal show your billing schedule. You can cancel online through Manage Membership; contact info@thecrystalgrid.com if you need help. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop the next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not itself refund a charge already processed.

Access continues for the paid membership period shown in your account. After paid access ends, you keep your saved grids to view, existing gift links, and files you have downloaded. Premium editing and new member downloads require active membership. Free features remain available.

Free accounts include three starter patterns, three starter Curated Grids, and up to three new gift links per calendar month. Studio Plus includes premium patterns, Curated Grids, current printable packs, The Ritual Companion, a new themed monthly original, and up to 30 new gift links per calendar month. Gift allowances reset on the first of each month in America/New_York time, do not roll over, and are separate from your billing date. Monthly originals are member exclusives and are not sold individually.

For billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or problems accessing paid features, contact us with your order details so we can investigate and provide corrected access or an appropriate remedy. Applicable cancellation and consumer rights are unaffected. See our refund policy.
