Updated October 9, 2026. These terms apply to new purchases from The Crystal Grid and use of our original digital materials. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Product descriptions and orders

Review the product page for the format, contents, price, and any physical delivery information before ordering. A digital listing does not include crystals, a printed book, or a subscription unless expressly stated. Payment must complete before paid access is provided.

Personal-use license

Unless a listing provides a different license, purchase permits your personal use and personal printing of the downloaded materials. It does not transfer copyright or permit resale, redistribution, commercial reproduction, or sharing paid files publicly.

Grid studio

The free studio is a creative tool. Device-saved designs depend on that browser's storage and can be lost if you clear it or change devices. Download a copy if you want to keep your arrangement. Custom labels are provided by the visitor and do not verify a stone's identity.

Content and expectations

Our activities concern creativity, symbolism, and reflection. Crystal associations do not promise health, financial, relationship, or protective results. Product images and digital illustrations are previews; read the listing for what is actually supplied.

These updates do not remove rights or promises applicable to earlier orders. Contact us with the order number if you need assistance.
